  • Application submission submission does not guarantee acceptance to the event and acceptance will be based on the relevance of products offered, needs of the event, and availability of space. 

  • Booths are to be used by the company/vendor listed in this application only. 

  • Tables and chairs are included but on a limited first come/first serve basis. 

  • All booths are expected to be occupied for the entire duration of the event unless prior permission has been approved by event management. 

  • All vendors are expected to have booths/displays setup one hour prior to the start of the event.

  • 50% Deposit is due at the time of application submission in order to confirm your booth location. The balance of your fee is due NO LATER THAN 12/1/26.

Booth locations are reserved on a first come basis based on receipt of application and deposit. However, booth locations are not guaranteed and may be changed based on the needs of the expo.
