Application submission submission does not guarantee acceptance to the event and acceptance will be based on the relevance of products offered, needs of the event, and availability of space. 

Booths are to be used by the company/vendor listed in this application only. 

Tables and chairs are not included but are available on a limited first come/first serve basis. 

All booths are expected to be occupied for the entire duration of the event unless prior permission has been approved by event management. 

All vendors are expected to have booths/displays setup one hour prior to the start of the event.

50% Deposit is due at the time of application submission in order to confirm your booth location. The balance of your fee is due NO LATER THAN 12/1/26.
